In an article published recently on the legal news, information and blog website www.LawCommentary.com, attorney Scott Messinger was asked to comment on a federal court’s ruling blocking the implementation of a Biden administration immigration policy limiting the ability of migrants to cross the U.S.-Mexican border in search of asylum.
