Dear Current and Potential Clients,

These are very uncertain times in our country.  I will use this space to update our clients and potential clients with up-to-date news on how our office is functioning and how USCIS and the Immigration Courts are functioning.

As of today, March 16, 2020, our office is operating as normally.  As always if you want to come into our office please call first to make an appointment to make sure the attorney is here and not in court.   We are taking extra measures to ensure our office is kept as clean and germ free as possible.

If you do not wish to travel to our office we can arrange for phone, face time and Skype appointments and consultations.   Please call to set up an appointment 718-793-7800.

Also, as of today, all USCIS interviews (naturalization, green card, asylum, etc.) are proceeding as scheduled.

On Friday the Department of Justice announced that all non-detained master calendar immigration court deportation and removal hearings scheduled from March 16 through April 10 are being postponed and will be rescheduled.  Individual hearings (trials) and detained hearings are proceeding as scheduled.
